Precautions for use
Installation and commissioning specifications
During installation, ensure that the direction of the cylinder arrow is consistent with the direction of the air source flow, and the fixing screws must be tightened evenly to avoid deformation of the piston rod caused by eccentric load.
Before starting for the first time, the cylinder shaft must be manually rotated to confirm flexibility, and the sealing of the pipeline interface must be checked to prevent air leakage.
Lubrication and medium management
The tail single/double-ear cylinder needs to be regularly filled with lubricating oil at the tail seat or swing shaft, and the oil-free cylinder needs to be greased on the sliding part every 6 months.
The air source needs to be equipped with a pre-filter and oil mist collector, and condensed water should be discharged regularly and the oil should be kept clean to prevent impurities from accelerating the wear of the seals.
Operation monitoring and maintenance
Regularly check the tightness of the cylinder connection parts (such as piston rods and end covers). If looseness is found, it should be handled in time to avoid falling off during operation.
In case of abnormal noise or vibration, it is necessary to check for problems such as aging of seals, wear of guide rails or insufficient lubrication, and shut down for maintenance if necessary.
Adaptation to special working conditions
It is recommended to shorten the lubrication cycle in high temperature environments and use high temperature resistant sealing materials; fluororubber sealing rings need to be replaced regularly in corrosive media scenarios.
Long-stroke rodless cylinders need to clean the surface of the magnetic slider regularly to prevent metal debris from affecting the motion accuracy.
